Viru Energialabor OÜ undertakes to keep confidential any information obtained during the performance of works and not to disclose it to third parties without the Applicant’s consent, except in cases required by law, upon request of MTÜ Eesti Standardimis- ja Akrediteerimiskeskus, or if the Applicant has disclosed the information themselves.
